Pascal, le chef
I’m a graduate of the La Louvière hotel school in Belgium and the Le Nôtre school in Paris. I’ve been lucky enough to work in prestigious Belgian establishments such as Sanglier des Ardennes. In 2003, I was a finalist in the Concours un des meilleurs cuisiniers de Belgique and honored with the Prix Prosper Montagné. For more than 15 years, I was head chef at a large establishment north of Bordeaux, eventually taking up the post of catering manager. During these years, I was also a finalist in the Taittinger competition and honored with the title of chevalier de l’ordre de Prosper Montagné, in recognition of my commitment to the quality of the table. I am grateful to Prince Robert de Luxembourg for allowing me to complete this journey with Château Haut-Brion.

Christelle welcomes you. She has a taste for creating links. Christelle has always been a people person. From the family-run hotel business to head of hotel management, events management and the medical field, she has always had a passion for people, service and care.
